  This place is terrible! My family & I recently dined at this restaurant and it looks like it is a few months from closing down. The staff is very unorganized and the food is nothing spectacular. The food is very bland. I have had hospital food that taste better and there menu options are repetitive mainly consisting of chicken. Come on! It was one of my relatives birthday and they came out shaking plastic rattles that looked like baby rattles and they wished the wrong family member a "Happy Birthday". We also purchased an Applebee's gift card and the staff did not input that we purchased it so, the manager questioned us as if we never purchased the card. People PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE, IT'S DEFINITELY NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, APPETITE OR MONEY!!

  I will never eat at another Applebees. My roommate and I were drawn in by the $1 Lonestars. We had the hot wings and the spinach artichoke dip. Not sure which item it is was, but the next day, we both suffered through violent food poisoning for 16 hours. I even called them to let them know that one of their ingredients had gone off. The manager told me that "no one else had gotten sick, so it wasn't [their] problem."
  
  Its one thing to accidentally serve an expired ingredient. Its another thing to ignore the customer when there is a problem. 1 star.
