  I walked in at 9:16pm on Saturday night to order to go. There were 4 cars in the drive-thru. They told me it would be a 20 minute wait for chicken because there wasn't any ready. I couldn't order spicy chicken either since the cashier said it would take longer. The bathrooms were blocked with high chairs and boosters on top of them. The service, blonde female, was not polite at all. When I asked why I couldn't get spicy she stated because it would take longer. I was trying to surpr5my family with something they've been wanting, this was our cheap meal and NOT worth it at all. Extremely disappointed.

  Excellent customer service! Clean bathrooms! The Mash Potatoes with gravy are delicious! The chicken was hot and crispy, yum!

  I recognize fried chicken places aren't usually open until like 10-11; however, this place had a gleaming red and green "open" sign at 8:30, but the place wasn't really open. If they're gonna advertise that they're open, you'd think they'd bother to be open at that time.

  Total garbage. They don't serve sauce with your tenders so you're just eating bland, really salty crap.
