  I use to love going to this HEB because they had mostly everything I needed. Today, however, was the last day I will go here. After how your rude cashier treated us, I will think twice before coming back. I am surprised HEB would hire anyone like this. She does not honor coupons, and even accused me of bringing in coupons. When we did ask her to remove the toilet paper as a result of her refusing to accept coupons, she had the nerves to ask if it was because she would not accept the coupons. Her attitude was absolutely horrendous and I plan on shopping at Kroger's from now on. When i did go to talk to the manager at the front, the cashier was giving rude glares from her station. I have been to many HEB's, yet this is the worst cashier I have ever seen.

  Staff needs alot more training in common sense especially management too young to make simple prudent decisions,too cocky, and need attitude adjustments...this is the closest HEB so I shop here often but find myself not happy when I leave most of the time, Charles is a nice guy and always says hello but it seems as if other less rank employees dont pay attention to who the loyal customers are and are too caught up talking and playing pocket pull in front of the registers.Instead of just watching customers they should try helping, customer service is not their strongest point. Just went one exit down to Kroger today and it turned out better in the end.February 1st, 2017

  I have always loved this HEB. I called the bakery today and the lady that answered the phone was very very rude. I asked if there were any lemon bars left and she comes back and says " nope I forgots we be busy all day, we ain't got home left". Wow.
