  I don't know who hires it's personnel, but he - himself, needs to be replaced. what do they do... post only the good reviews? The only time I will step foot in that store is because it's pharmacy is the only place that carries one of my meds. They are the worst bunch. I have been lied to on several occasions, with no apology when proven they were wrong, spoken to in a very rude manor, and even hung up on when calling.
  I am pretty easy going in general, have never in my life dealt with the conflict I do here. I would avoid this store at all cost! Speaking of which watch what you are charged on any given product! Don't expect any customer service or help at all. This includes the Manager, if you want to call him that, as he is just as bad if not worse.
  I learned early on that the employees of a business, any business will and do portray the actions and beliefs of the manager , supervisors etc. simply because they know that there will be no repercussion for them, so they could care less. It is very apparent in this store. It should be cleaned out, and restocked with people who know how to run a decent business. I'm not trying to be rude, nor am I "out" to get anyone - this store is just pathetic and they made themselves this way - not me. I'd just go somewhere else, where you will be treated with a little more respect.

  Geez H-E-B this is the super supermarkets of all wow wide range of items and foods from meats to fresh fish and live lobsters and a huge cooler of 'BEER' its a college store so expect to see nothing but students (95%)and lots of hott woman very clean and organize store
