  I have never gone through a McDonald's drive-thru, that was as packed as this one, so quickly! Plus one morning a group of us got 6 hashbrowns and though we had to park they got them out to us fairly swiftly!!

  I observed the fry cook mop the floor with no gloves on and proceed to bare hand chicken nuggets. I immediately told them that was disgusting and I asked for my money back. They said there was no manager on duty and a worker told me that I was probably the same type of person that would complain about some dirt on the floor. Really, wow.
  
  No one ever told the person to wash their hands and she repeated to bare hand food. I told them to stop giving me my money back and tell her how to work in the kitchen. It did not happen and I was shorted on my refund.
  
  We all know I'm eating this sub standard dinner, the least you can do is wash your hands.
