  The food was great....my service and the service of others leaves much to be desired. I've worked fast food in a major city so I understand how long a shift can be, but you still have to give 100% service. I felt like I was a burden for ordering my food here and noticed how callous the other patrons were treated. Over all slow and very cold service enough so that I felt the need to leave a review.

  Best McDonald's in College Station. This location is always clean, friendly, and prepared to offer anything you order. Very seldom has their ice cream machine been down, or their fries weren't ready. In addition to an excellent functioning workplace, this location also has excellent customer service. Every Monday night, without fail, a majority of my dance team goes after practice at midnight. Iana serves as cashier every Monday and is the one who orders for all 20-30 of us. She is always fun to talk to and is swift with orders. Definitely the only McDonald's I would ever go to in CStat!

  Seems like every morning I go here, which is maybe once a month, they never have iced mocha coffee, the "machine" is always down. Smh.

  During the school semesters, the lunch rush is overwhelmingly filled by engineering students. Chicken nuggets took a while to get, but if you get a burger it should be quick. This is the best McDonald's in College Station. Much better than the one off of Marion Pugh.
